When I discovered The Secret I made a decision that I would not watch the news or read newspapers anymore, because it did not make me feel good. The news services and the newspapers are ot in any way to blame for broadcasting bad news. As a global community, we are responsible for it. We buy more newspapers when a huge drama is the headline.

The news channels' ratings skyrocket when there is national or international disaster. So the newspapers and news services give us more bad news because, as a society, that's what we are saying we want. Te media is effect, and we are cause. It is just he law of attraction in action!

The news services and newspapers will change what they deliver to us when we emit a new signal and focus on what we want.

記者一看，果然如此：不會吧？家裏出現了神童？他非常好奇地問：「你是怎麼做到的？」
兒子說：「世界地圖的背面是一個人的頭像。我反過來拼，只要這個人好了，世界就完整了」。

你聽過北極熊的故事嗎？在北極圈裡，牠可是沒有什麼天敵的，但是聰明的愛斯基摩人，卻可不費吹灰之力逮捕牠......

愛斯基摩人是怎麼辦到的？這就是上帝給人的智慧吧！

他們殺一隻海豹，把牠的血倒進一個水桶裡，用一把兩刃的匕首插在血液中央，因為氣溫太低，海豹血立即凝固，匕首就結在血中間，像一個超大型的冰棒，之後把冰棒倒出來，丟在雪原上就可以了。

北極熊有一個特性：嗜血如命，這就足以害死牠了。牠的鼻子特靈，可以在好幾公里之外就嗅到血腥味，此時牠一定聞到愛斯基摩人丟在雪地上的冰棒，於是迅速趕來覓食，開始舔起血冰棒，舔著舔著，舌頭漸漸麻痺，但是還是不願意放棄這樣的美食，忽然血的味道變好了

──那是更新鮮的血，溫熱的血，於是牠越舔越起勁──原來那是牠自己的血──

事實是：牠舔到一個程度，已經舔到冰棒的中央部分，匕首畫破了牠的舌頭，血冒出來，但是牠的舌頭早已麻木，所以沒有感覺，但是牠的鼻子還很敏感，知道新鮮的血來了，加緊舔食的結果就是，舌頭傷的更深，血更多流失，通通吞下去自己的喉嚨裡。

最後是北極熊失血過多，休克暈厥過去，愛斯基摩人就走過去，幾乎不必花力氣，就可以輕鬆捕獲牠。

在我們的生命中，追求幸福的過程裡，我們也很可能是一隻北極熊，如果你所抱持的是錯誤的觀念和看法的話。

很多人，他們工作時間超長，因為他們認為事業上的成就，對他們的人生而言，是最重要的，他們賺了很多錢，真的很多，可是沒有時間去花，說實在的：即使他們有了時間，他們很有可能也不知道如何花這些錢......

雖然賺到了錢，卻失去很多東西，可能是人生更重要的東西，他們的家人和他們極少互動，他們的兒女不認識他們（我的意思是他陪著孩子長大，花時間與孩子相處）他們沒玩過，沒休閒生活，也不曾幫助任何一個人。

有人在他們的事業高峰時，忽然心肌梗塞，失去生命，有人忽然中風，失去行動能力健康，有人有一天忽然發現家人全都離他而去......

美國一個週刊 TIME : 做過一個調查，針對世界百大企業的退休CEO，請他們填一份問卷，其中前十大企業的老闆，對其中一個問題都有相同的答覆，這個問題是：

No one can tell you whether you are feeling good or bad, because you are the only one who knows how you're feeling at any time. If you're not sure how you're feeling, just ask yourself, "How am I feeling?" You can stop and ask this question often during the day, and as you do you will become more aware of how you're feeling.

The most important thing for you to know is that it is impossible to feel bad and at the same time be having good thoughts. That would defy the law (law of attraction), because your thoughts cause your feelings. If you are feeling bad, it is because you are thinking thoughts that are making you feel bad.

Your thoughts determine your frequency, and your feelings tell you immediately what frequency you are on. When you are feeling bad, you are on the frequency of drawing more bad things. The law of attraction must respond by broadcasting back to you more picture of bad things and things that will make you feel bad.

As you feel bad, and don't make any effort to change your thoughts and feel better, you are in effect saying, "Bring me more circumstances that will make me feel bad. Bring it on." So, it's extremely important to feel good!

不久以前，我和另一位女士約會，其實那還是我妻子的主意，

有一天她說：「我知道你很愛她。」我很驚訝，立刻爭辯說：

「但我愛的是妳呀！」「我知道，但你也愛她呀！」

我妻子要我去看的女士是我的母親。

她已經寡居了十九年，然而我忙碌的工作和身為二個孩子父親的責任，令我分身乏術，
以致很少有時間和她相聚。

那晚，我打電話給她，邀約她第二天和我一起吃晚餐和看電影。

「怎麼了，你還好嗎？」她問道。

母親是那種會認為晚上那麼晚打電話，又突然邀約她

嘴角帶著懷舊的笑容說：「記得當你小時候，總是我為你看菜單的。」「那現在妳正好
可以休息，輪到我來為妳服務了。」我回答。

一面享用晚餐，我們一面聊天，聊得很愉快，

談了許多最近幾年來，各自生命中的一些事。

我們聊得太久了，所以趕不上電影。當我送她回到家門口，

她說「我要再和你一起外出，但下次讓我作東好嗎？」我答應了。

回家後，妻子問我：「你的晚餐約會如何？」

「非常有意思，比我想像的好多了！」~我回答。

幾天以後，母親因心臟病猝發而去世。這事發生得太突然了，讓我完全措手不及。

不久以後，我收到一封信，裡面是上次我和母親約會的那家餐館的一張收據，上面有一
張字條寫著：「我已先付了賬，因為我確定自己不可能再有機會去了，但我還是付了兩
人份的賬 ──你和你的妻子。

你絕對想不到那一晚的約會對我有多大的意義，我愛你。」

從那一刻起，我深深體會，一定要及時說：

「我愛你」，並且要常常撥出時間給我們所愛的人。

世上沒有任何事比自然如來因緣和你的家庭更重要，

多花時間和他們在一起，因為這事絕不能拖延到「以後有時間時?」。

「樹欲靜而風不止，子欲養而親不待」是人生一大憾事。

Any words you speak have a frequency, and the moment you speak them they are released into the Universe. The law of attraction responds to all frequencies, and so it is also responding to the words that you speak. 最後，老闆將親自面試最後的六名應徵者。可是當面試開始時，主考官卻發現考場上多了一個人，就問道：「有不是參加面試的人嗎？」

坐在最後面的一個男子站起來：「先生，我在第一輪就被淘汰了，但我想參加一下面試。」

所有的人都笑了，就連站在門口為客人倒茶水的老頭也忍不禁笑。

主考官不以為然的問：「你連考試第一關都過不了，又有什麼必要參加這次面試呢？」

這個男子說：「因為我掌握了別人沒有的財富，我本人就是一大財富。」

大家又一次哈哈大笑了，認為該男子或許是頭腦有毛病，或許是狂妄自大。

該男子繼續說：「我雖然學歷不算太高，也沒擔任過重要職務，可是我卻有著十年的工作經驗，

曾在十二家公司任過職……」主考官插話：「雖然你的學歷和職稱都不高，但是工作十年倒是不錯。

不過你換了十二家公司，這可不是一種令人欣賞的行為。」

男子說：「先生，我沒有主動要換工作，是那十二家公司先後倒閉了。」

大家又是一陣大笑。一個考生說：「你真是一個道地的失敗者！」

男子笑了笑：「不，這不是我的失敗，而是那些公司的失敗。這些失敗積累成我自己的財富。」

這時，倒茶老頭走上前，給主考官添茶水。

男子繼續說：「我很瞭解那十二家公司，我與同事努力想挽救，雖然沒有成功，

但我知道錯誤與失敗的每一個細節，並從中學到了許多東西，這是別人所學不到的。

很多人只是追求成功，而我，更有經驗避免錯誤與失敗！……」

男子停頓了一下，又接著說：「我知道，成功的經驗大部分相似，容易模仿，而失敗的原因卻各有各的不同。

用十年學習成功經驗，不如用同樣的時間經歷錯誤與失敗，所學的東西反而更多、更深刻。

我認為，別人的成功經歷很難成為我們的財富，而恰恰是別人的失敗過程卻是我們不可多得的財富！」

該男子說完，做出轉身出門的樣子，又突然回過頭：「這十年經歷的十二家公司，培養鍛煉了我對人、

對事、對未來的敏銳洞察力，舉個小例子吧——真正的主考官不是您，而是這位倒茶的老伯……」

在場所有的人都感到驚訝，目光轉向老頭。

老頭在驚訝之際，很快恢復了平靜，笑了笑：「很好！你被錄取了，因為我想知道—你是如何知道這一切的？」

啟示:

相信誰不也願意從事十二家公司，而公司都相繼倒閉。更多的時候，我們埋怨我們倒楣，卻沒有換個角度想想：塞翁失馬，焉知非福。

從這個故事，我們也能得出一個結論：錯誤和失敗並不是100%的，錯誤和失敗多了，只要懂得去總結整理，就是一筆財富，因為可以讓我們學會去避免同樣的錯誤與失敗。

另一方面，我們也明白了世事洞明皆學問，人情練達即文章。

這名男子能從倒茶老頭的神情、氣質、舉止等看出他是這家公司的老闆，說明他是一個觀察力很強的人。

而冰凍三尺非一日之寒，這樣的洞察力不是一朝一夕能夠練成的，這需要長期的積累，需要在每一個細節的觀察中不斷的訓練和提升。

向逆境乾杯，跟敵人致敬，打擊你最深的人，一定是你的敵人？錯了，他可能是你最親密的朋友、親人。

打擊你最深的人，一定是負面的？錯了，他可能造就一個更堅強的你。

原諒敵人往往比原諒朋友容易。因為，我們從來不會對敵人付出感情，但是對朋友、親人，

我們也許付出了最真摯的情感；付出了，就希望得到回報，得不到回報，反而被出賣、背叛，

在情感上就會有著被欺騙的傷痛和悲哀。

原諒敵人，那是一種風度和器量的表現；我們之所以可以原諒敵人，那是因為覺得自己在他之上，

有權力去赦免他，甚至可憐他、原諒他，就是不想跟他一般見識。

但是，我們對朋友卻是小器的很，在內心始終無法真正的原諒他。

人生中有許多不可思議的地方，看似弔詭，其實透著玄機，例如說，越是親密的人，往往互相傷害；

愈是自己的親人，反而傷你最深，那些看輕你的人、傷害你的人，可能是你的父母、丈夫、妻子、情人、兄弟、姐妹，甚至是你最好的朋友、同事。

雖然如此，這些人都可能是你人生中的「逆境菩薩」，也是你人生中的「逆增上緣」，因為，有了他們的「激勵」，你才有向上的勇氣及能量。

人生到底是上升，或者下墜，完全取決於你如何看待人生，倘若在遭受打擊時，仍能體會到生命的美好之處，

當你細細品味痛苦的滋味，慢慢咀嚼失意帳惘之時，你就永遠都不會忘記這種「刻苦銘心」的感受。

此時若能化挫折為動力，化困境為動能，那些打擊你的人，就是上天給你最好的禮物，也是上天給你最好的成全。

其實，我們都應學會感謝，感謝那些曾經讓我們跌了一大跤的朋友，因為，成功是來自貴人的提攜，

也來自小人的激勵，若沒有重重跌倒過，就不會想要風風光光再站起來。

向逆境乾杯，跟敵人致敬，英雄往往就是誕生在這樣的時刻，這也是你重新認識自己的關鍵。
